Mamalitia Holds Meet and Greet in Grass Valley, CA

This was a meet and greet event: persons in photos are not necessarily associated in any way with militia activity.
The Mamalitia (copyrighted as Mom Militia (1)) is a group based around arming and training women, specifically mothers, in self-sufficiency and marksmanship. They are also staunchly anti-vaccination (3, 4) and are associated with other groups, namely the fascist organization the Proud Boys (see photo).
Denise Aguilar, a Mamalitia cofounder (2, 3), was present and active in the deadly January 6th insurrection at the U.S. Capitol (5). She was detained by the California Highway Patrol at a demonstration against Gavin Newsom, specifically attacking COVID-19 regulations (3).
Here in Memorial Park, Grass Valley, California, the Mamalitia hosted a Meet and Greet event. We overheard conversation topics including biased news coverage and local vaccination plans. The event did not appear to have any weapons visually present and we heard no discussion of violence or violent plans.
